Meet our Business Development Team
John Eades
John is based at ETI’s Head Office in London. He has a background in international business consultancy and training, and has worked with major oil & gas companies, banks, governments and aerospace companies in Europe, the Middle East and the CIS for over 30 years. He has provided a wide range of Management and Business Skills training to ETI’s clients in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Pamela Kemsley-Dugladze
Pamela is a highly experienced HR and L&D professional who has been based in the region since 1998 and speaks fluent Russian. In addition to delivering Cambridge exam courses and Business English, Pamela delivers training in Presentation Skills, Interview Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Effective Writing. She also provides consultancy in Personnel and HR Management.
David Barker
David is an experienced, senior manager in the Logistics and Shipping Services Industry. He has strong commercial awareness, people management skills and a sound track record, at a senior level, of strategic development and change management in both multi-national corporations, and more recently in SME’s. In these senior management roles he has carried out regular executive training projects with middle and senior management teams, both internal and external. Some of these topics have been carried out by distance learning for geographically widespread teams.
Pip Batty
Pip has twenty years’ experience as a journalist, editor and public relations specialist. As a former journalist in politics and life sciences she has worked across a range of industry-leading business titles; writing and editing news, views and features on government policy and politics. In 2009 she transitioned into local government public relations, managing press and communications teams working with regional and national press, stakeholders, the third sector, National Health Service (NHS) and HM Armed Forces – to better promote their work to communities and the wider media.
As a marketeer, her campaign to promote better recycling to communities was named a finalist in the UK PR Week Awards, along with Transport for London and the British Library. Pip joined global PR agency Citigate Dewe Rogerson (CDR) in 2015 — one of the most respected names in communications. She managed client accounts, while specialising in media relations, marketing, corporate branding and social media. She now acts as a consultant for CDR and its clients across Europe.
Pip will be providing training in PR to ETI clients in Georgia and the wider region in 2019.
