Lika is responsible for the day to day management of our Tbilisi office and for the management of ETI's company contracts. Lika has lengthy experience of working with local and international companies in the region to achieve their Russian, Georgian, English, Management and Computer Training needs.
Lika is responsible for recruitment and selection of Georgian and Russian language teachers.
ETI Georgia’s Cambridge Exam Centre Manager and is responsible for administration and promotion of Cambridge examinations in Georgia and our CELTA Teacher Training courses. Lika works in conjunction with our Cambridge Exam Co-ordinator to identify Teacher Training needs and arrange training sessions for all ETI Teachers in Georgia.
Lika is also responsible for organizing training for Speaking Examiners for Cambridge Exams for teachers at all our centres (Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan).

Tiniko is responsible for arranging internal training for teachers involved in teaching Cambridge exam preparation courses. She is also responsible for selecting appropriate materials and providing teachers with advice on exam techniques,.
