The Level 3 qualifications in Principles of Management and Leadership have been
developed for practicing or aspiring managers who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes and who have day-to-day operational activities as a key part of their roles. This qualification gives managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.
Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.
The qualifications have been designed for practising or aspiring managers in roles such as:

DIPLOMA
The Diploma gives candidates a fully comprehensive bank of the skills and knowledge required to be a First Line Manager as part of their own organisation. As well as the ability to apply their learning in the context of another organisation or industry sector. The diploma is 100% aligned to the level 3 apprenticeship standard.
20/20 offer the following 8 modules for the Level 3 Diploma. These are focused on Management and Leadership with a project focused environment. Learners must complete these to a minimum Total Qualification time of 121 hours.

A Diploma provides a comprehensive and extensive programme of learning that will take between 6 and 12 months to complete.
The diploma gives learners a fully comprehensive bank of skills and knowledge required to be a manager as part of an organisation, as well as the ability to apply their learning in the context of another organisation or industry sector. It will also take them a step towards Chartered Manager status
Learners may also wish to further their ongoing personal and professional development by accessing other CMI qualifications, such as the CMI Level 5 Qualifications in Management and Leadership with the goal of becoming a
Chartered Manager.
Learners who are aspiring to a management role may progress to the job roles such as:
