VOIP TRAINING
ETI is now using VOIP (Voice Over Internet protocol) to deliver Language training courses. (English, Russian, Georgian, Azeri, Kazakh, German, Spanish, French) Courses can be delivered online only or they can be combined with classroom lessons.
To take part in the programme you must have access to a computer which has broadband internet access and which can support a reasonable internet speed so that the sound quality is adequate. Where possible we also use video. Students can study one to one or in a class using video conferencing. Part of ETI's VOIP learning package is the possibility of submitting language queries by email or by phone. A member of the ETI teaching team guarantees to answer your question within 15 minutes (between the hours of 9 am and 10pm).
If your question is by phone then you will have the choice of having a quick answer (up to 10 minutes) or a longer explanation, sessions are measured in 10 minute intervals.
