 Checking the Settings

  • Open the Dial-Up Networking window
(Double click My Computer / then double click Dial-Up Networking).
  • Right click on the ETI icon.
  • Click on Properties on the drop down menu.
  • Make sure the number is correct: 1470 162 0845 240 2618.
If this is not the case then make the necessary changes.
  • If you want to disable "call waiting" then you need to add the correct number sequence before 1470 162 0845 240 2618. The correct number sequence to disable "call waiting" differs between telephone companies. If you do not know the number sequence then it is suggested that you contact your telephone company.
  • Make sure the correct modem has been chosen; if not, select the correct one from the drop-down list.
