Meet the team
"ETI Kazakhstan" Operations Manager
Arman is a highly experienced manager with a background in Law and Economics. He is based in Aktau but frequently travels to other parts of Kazakhstan in his role as Country Manager.
With over ten years of experience in sales management, marketing and PR, as well as training and consulting services for a variety of companies Arman has grown ETI in Kazakhstan into one of the leading training companies in the region.
ETI Kazakhstan has branches in Aktau and Atyrau, as well as a representative office in Astana. ETI is one of the leading educational centres in these regions with major clients from the oil and gas sector.
Arman is responsible for the management of all ETI offices in Kazakhstan and business development. His responsibilities also include promoting the “Study in the UK” program in Kazakhstan, Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Irina is a dedicated, ambitious and goal-driven educator. She has more than 20 years’ experience in teaching students of all ages and different nationalities in various countries. Her experience extends to teaching General English at all levels, Business English, and English for Special Purposes as well as preparing students for TOEFL, IELTS and Cambridge Exams.
In her position as Director of Studies Irina assists the Country Manager in formulating ETI’s aims and objectives and policies for their implementation. Irina is responsible for local and international recruitment in Kazakhstan. She also regularly observes teachers and provides them with training to address their needs. Irina teaches corporate clients and exam classes for higher level students.
Irina is an approved Cambridge Speaking Examiner and is responsible for administration of Cambridge exams in Kazakhstan.
