A.All North American IRs can qualify under the same criteria listed for UK Representatives, with the exception of the personal customer gathering requirements. Q. Where is the ETI Excelebration being held? A.ETI Excelebration is to be held at one of the UK�s most exclusive venues, Chateau Impney, Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire. Q. Is accommodation and travel expenditure included? A.Representatives will be responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses. For details of accommodation at Chateau Impney and the surrounding area visit Where and When. It is important to quote the ETI booking reference "ETI Gold Rush" when making your accommodation arrangements in order to take advantage of the special ETI rates. Q. Are my children able to accompany me? A.ETI policy states that no children can accompany Representatives at ETI corporate events. If children are staying with you at your accommodation, arrangements for their care is your responsibility. Q. What expenses are covered by ETI at Excelebration? What will I be expected to pay? A. ETI will cover all costs of the conference (i.e. tea/ coffee, lunch), cocktails for those who qualify for the Gold Rush Cocktail Party and wine/ soft drinks with the Gold Gala Banquet. There will also be a cash bar available for those of you who wish to purchase additional beverages. Every attendee is responsible for his/ her in-room charges. Q. What is the dress code for the event? A.Day conference: normal business attire. The Gold Rush Cocktail Party and Gold Gala Banquet: black tie with something gold. Creative flair is encouraged and appreciated! Q. What will be happening at the event? A.ETI Excelebration will be a great opportunity to get the latest business building tips, hear from some of the UK�s finest – including a sensational international guest speaker. A.As long as you have achieved qualification to attend both the day conference and the Gold Gala Banquet (1500 gold bars) then you may choose only to attend the banquet. Q. Do I need to bring anything to ETI Excelebration? A.Simply bring a desire to have fun, a sense of enthusiasm and a willingness to participate in and enjoy the Excelebrations! Q. Will I be able to purchase ETI Sales Aids at ETI Excelebration? A.There will be a variety of materials and Sales Aids available for sale. You can purchase these items using a major credit/ debit card or cheques supported by a valid cheque guarantee card. Q. If I want to stay over on the Saturday
