ETI’s Coaching and Mentoring Skills programme is designed to enable managers and supervisors to support the
development of individual members of staff. It examines the requisite behavioural and managerial skills and identifies the role & responsibilities of the coaching & mentoring functions.
By the end of the course delegates will have an understanding of how to:
